OUR Company
An American robot manufacturer with innovative techniques to improve your bottom-line. We are looking for key personnel in our Customer Service Department with excellent compensation, benefits and a bonus program.
Our mission is to improve the performance of the labor force and more specifically, increase revenue by reducing labor costs for industry that uses labor to perform routine tasks. In other words, eliminate mundane steps, and tasks for employees. For example for the hospitality industry, a restaurant server during a typical shift spends most of their time walking to and from the kitchen delivering food and taking the dirty dishes to the dishwashing station.
Fortunately for us, and our investors, US ROBOTS Inc. is the solution to this problem. Software, User-Interface (UI), and menu driven systems are key to achieving penetration in the US market. Where most robot manufacturers only concentrate on sales, US ROBOTS Inc. has concentrated on the experience and effective operation for the robots. The hospitality industry is affected by the highest rate in labor turnover (statistics). Seasonal business has a major impact on their labor market. Compared to the rest of the service robot industry, we are keenly focused on the operational use and ease of training for the robot customers. In addition, US ROBOTS Inc. will operate a 24-hour Customer Service Help Desk to solve any problems or assist with the operation of our robots. We are the only robot company to offer a subscription program for the robot owner to receive automatic software updates, enhancements and the 24-hour help desk. We believe that the robot customer needs ongoing support to successfully utilize this cost-saving efficient equipment.

US ROBOTS Inc. has designed the Dashboard and menu screens to be used with our robots.
